Exchange & Return
Acceptance of exchange and return of purchased items.
1. The item is malfunction or damage during the transportation. The item is defective, malfunction or damage which is not caused by human factor.
2. The received item is incorrect.
.Return & Refund Procedure:
1. Return and refund application must be submitted within 3 working days. Please call our customer service department at +852 3595 3871 or email to cs@emayplus.com. In general, the application process will take 30 working days.
.Rejection on exchange & return (including but not limited to the following conditions)
1. Application submitted after the 7-day return policy
2. The purchased item is not in its original purchase condition
3. The purchased item is damaged caused by human factor, or serious damage due to customer's handling
4. Lost of damaged gifts, and related items attached to the product
5. Personal reason such as size, design, color, etc.
6. The actual may vary due to manual measurement.
7. The gifts will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances and the quality of the gifts will not be guaranteed.
8. Item marked "no exchange or return".
9. There is a reasonable deviation between the picture and the actual item (color difference caused by light, display or shooting, etc.).
10. Discounted item, stock clearance item, or product which packaging has been marked "incomplete" or "damaged".
11. Other unreasonable exchange and return applications.
Precautions for return
1. The exchange of goods is limited to one time. Any exchange and return application after exchange is not accepted.
2. If the number of exchange and return application exceeds the specified number or the situation is abnormal, the company has the right to restrict the rights of the member without prior notice.
3. If the purchased item is eligible for any discount (such as promotion set, merchant or brand discount, etc.), the relevant amount must be refunded in full or proportionally when returning the purchased item, and which may require additional charge or deducted from the refund amount;
4. If the customer cancels the order, cancels the purchase of some products or returns the product, the member points will also be deducted at the same time without prior notice.
