Delivery

A. Shoppers from Hong Kong

Hong Kong shoppers can choose your preferred shipping method from below:


1. Self Pick Up (Free)

For self pick up, the lead time will take+B5 1 working day after the payment is received.

Self Pick Up Location: 1/F., Centre 600, 82 King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00  (Close on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays)

*To pick up your items, you must provide the order number/ customer name/ contact number.


2. Delivery - SF Express

A. Free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau upon net purchase HK$300 or above

B. For orders less than HK$300 (net purchase), HK$30 delivery charge will be applied. 

Items will be delivered after 3 working days once the payment is confirmed(except pre-order items).

SF Express Delivery Service: To door address in industrial and commercial area, SF store, SF locker and SF service partners(convenience store).

In order to proceed checkout, please provide the recipient's information under "mailing address". 


B. Overseas buyers

Due to import and export declarations in most countries and special requirements and restrictions on products with built-in batteries, the transportation method can only be entrusted to FedEx, overseas buyers can select "Overseas Address (Fedex)" to process the payment. The checkout system will calculate the shipping fee automatically based on location and the weight of parcel. List of countries as below:

  • Asia:Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine, Indonesia
  • Oceania:Australia, Guam, New Zealand
  • Africa:South Africa
  • North America:Canada, USA
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, England, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourger, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal

C. Re-delivery

In the event of unsuccessful deliveries(due to the reason that the addressee was not present at the address), we will arrange the delivery for the next available delivery day; however, extra delivery cost will be charged. If the customer cannot be reached after seven working days, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be arranged. Please contact us to re-arrange delivery.


D. Others

1. After payment is completed, the items will be arranged to send out as soon as possible within office hours. Once the items are sent out, an email with the delivery date and parcel tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

2. When the parcel is arrived, please check the items. Please refuse the parcel or return it to the sender if there is any damage.

3. If the order includes in-stock items and pre-ordered items/ out-of-stock items, the delivery will be arranged when all items are ready in-stock. If the customer requests to ship the order into separate deliveries, an additional shipping fee of not less than HK$30 will be charged.

4. Please call the customer service department within 2 working days if the items received are incorrect. We will verify the delivery process with the logistics company. If the purchased items are lost or damaged during delivery, we will seek compensation from the logistics company.
It is difficult to provide further cooperation for cases where contact is made over time.

5. For unsuccessful delivery, EMAY PLUS SHOP will contact customers via email/phone to arrange re-delivery, an additional shipping fee of not less than HK$30 will be charged.
